Yes. Every new construction and major remodel project in Miami-Dade County requires hurricane impact-rated windows, doors, and structural connections per the High Velocity Hurricane Zone code. We use only Miami-Dade NOA-approved products and handle all wind-load calculations during permitting.

Both. We work as the general contractor on architect-designed builds, and we also offer design-build services where we coordinate the architect, engineer, and construction under one contract. Design-build typically saves 10 to 15 percent and reduces timeline conflicts.
