We've done this. Our Brickell work includes full kitchen gut-outs in Brickell City Centre residences, master suite renovations in SLS Lux, and residential townhome remodels in the Mary Brickell Village corridor. Every project starts with the building's association approval packet and ends with final inspection sign-off from the City of Miami Building Department.
