Condo renovation work requires coordination with building management, HOA approval packages, material staging logistics, and adherence to Miami-Dade building code for high-rise construction. We've done this. Our Brickell work includes full kitchen gut-outs in Brickell City Centre residences, master suite renovations in SLS Lux, and residential townhome remodels in the Mary Brickell Village corridor. Every project starts with the building's association approval packet and ends with final inspection sign-off from the City of Miami Building Department.

Most projects we run here are inside occupied condo towers, which means working under a building work-letter, scheduling deliveries through service elevators, and protecting common-area finishes during demolition and finish hauls. Unit combinations across two or three floors require structural review, HOA approval, and City of Miami permits. We hand the board everything they ask for: contractor insurance, COIs, scope of work, schedule, and noise-hour plan, before tools ever come in the building.
