Projects here tend toward larger square footage, higher finish expectations, and community association requirements that need to be navigated before breaking ground. We've worked in Wellington's planned communities, handle the HOA approval process, and submit directly to the Palm Beach County Building Division or Village of Wellington Building Department depending on the project location.

Binks Forest is country club homes on tree-canopy lots. Olympia and Versailles are family-oriented planned communities with standard ARC review. Permits are pulled through the Village of Wellington Building Department, with HOA submittals prepared in advance of every job.
